Reservation & Cancellation Policy
- All Payment is in New Zealand dollars.
- 50% deposit is required to secure a booking and full payment one week prior to arrival.
- Bookings cancelled more than 30 days ahead will receive a full refund.
- Bookings cancelled between 29 and 15 days prior to occupancy will forfeit the initial deposit.
- Cancellation within 14 days of your expected arrival will incur a 75% cost of total accommodation.

Credit card details will be retained as security and Guests/Cardholders will be charged via their card. This authority is valid for thirty days after the length of the stay.
Check in and check out times are individually negotiated to ensure personal attention and maintain security of apartment.
Damages and negligence will be charged to the guest along with the removal of any property from the apartment. Any damage or breakages must be reported to management straight away. We do accept however that genuine accidents and breakages may happen and these will not be charged for.
Not to cause any disturbance to neighbours.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number of the original booking.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
No pets allowed.
